You drive projects from concept to series

You create clarity in project goals, priorities and resources as well as technical decisions

You design efficient workflows and development processes and anchor technical standards

You lead engineers and create a strong team environment

You are probably someone who enjoys both technical depth and personal leadership. You have experience in mechatronics development in the field of industrial automation

You can show success in small series over the entire life cycle

You have knowledge of methods and standards as well as experience with CREO, Windchill, ANSYS or similar tools

Your thinking is system-oriented, you have a pronounced technical judgment
