for the following subjects in secondary levels I and II

Mathematics, Physics, German, English, Music, AWT/Economy, History, Geography, Social Science, Sports

The Pedagogium Schwerin is a state-recognized school in the state capital of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. About 400 pupils from the year 1 to 12. In its educational-organizational structure, the pedagogy is a secondary school with primary school and school-specific orientation.

The principle of “community and individuality in a partially open learning landscape” forms the conceptual framework of teaching and learning at the full-day school in the outskirts of Schwerin. Educational guidance: Education for responsibility and learning as a meaningful act involves responsibility for the own learning process (e.g. Dalton pedagogy), responsibility for physical and mental health (e.g. alternative movement concept, subjects mindfulness and happiness), responsibility for the community and responsibility for the future. Your tasks: ● They teach in teacher-centric and open forms according to our successful school concept. You work closely with the Teacher's team, school management and parents together. Their use is mainly in the field of Higher education, secondary education and, where appropriate, secondary education. ● They take on tasks in the team and participate in school life and parental work. ● They serve as class leaders a class in grades 5 to 10 or are learning companions/learning coaches for a selected group of students.

● You are responsible for school organizational tasks and school management tasks as part of your class leadership.

Your qualification: ● They have preferably completed an apprenticeship course (1st and 2nd State exams) or have a different Apprenticeship recognised in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (e.g. Diplomlehrer-Abschluss der alte DDR) ● You have completed the first part of the apprenticeship course (1st State Exam) and are willing to join a dual educational qualification ● You have the prerequisites for entering the side in the school services of the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and may have already completed a basic qualification for entering the side (no condition) ● You have a Bachelor in a field from which one or more of the subjects you are looking for can be derived and are willing to acquire a Master's degree as part of a dual additional study in the field of school education. ● They have a different educational qualification and ideally experience in teaching
