Special responsibility & projects Total responsibility for building regulations approval procedures (in particular LPH 4 HOAI) in national properties Creation, coordination and quality assurance of all necessary documents for applications for construction and use Control of different types of applications, e.g. usage changes, rent-out buildings, special and technical installations Active and proactive authorities management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders Guided tour & organization Professional and disciplinary leadership of a specialized team (currently about 4 employees) Further development of team structures, procedures and professional standards Ensuring uniform planning results and reliable processes Digitalization and Process Development Responsibility for the management and further development of digital service accounts for application submission and authority communication Active driving of digitalization and standardization projects in building applications Analysis and optimisation of processes, interfaces and processes – in particular in the inventory
Complete study in the field of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in the planning and approval of construction projects, ideally in the context of existing properties Very good knowledge of AutoCAD (Architecture); Experience with database-based systems (e.g. CRM) of advantage Structured, solution-oriented operation and pronounced communication skills Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge is advantageous
