Quality Management Staff (m/f/d)

You actively shape the further development of our quality management system and ensure the effective implementation of ISO 9001 in the daily business. In addition, you provide clear standards, loadable proofs and consistent processing of deviations so that quality in the company works measurably and reliably. Your tasks: Control and develop QM system according to ISO 9001 including process landscape, standards and documentation Plan and accompany audits (internal/external) as well as consistently with measures (CAPA, effectiveness check) Support QS in complaints and 8D methodologically and ensure the effectiveness of the measures on the system side Communicating process changes in a comprehensible manner, anchoring in the company and supporting the implementation across areas Evaluate quality indicators, maintain improvements and support proof/compliance pragmatically (e.g. REACH/RoHS/PFAS)

Complete study (Bachelor) in BWL or comparable, ideally related to quality/process management or commercial training with practical experience in QM Practical understanding of ISO 9001 and safe handling of documentation and verification requirements in the quality management system Experience in process documentation (SOPs, WIs, Flowcharts) and consistent follow-up of measures Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good English knowledge of word and writing Clarity in communication and perseverance in action tracking Your profile – our Nice-to-have: Experience in quality functions (e.g. audit preparation, complaints, 8D) Experience with internal audits/external audits, CAPA and effectiveness audits Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; ERP experience Experience with Stage Gate and Release Processes Good knowledge of Microsoft Visio
