Project management steel construction (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a project management at our location in Stadtlohn (m/w/d).

You take over Guided tour of the building ladder Responsibility as an interface to the client Project tracking and time planning Review of contractual performance conditions Responsibility Preparing the billing (orders, supplements) Responsibility for contract management and follow-up management Management/control of entrepreneurs Self-employed and complete project calculation

You have about an engineering degree (FH), with a specialist in civil engineering or industrial engineering, or alternatively with a training as a construction technician with a multi-year professional experience in steel construction (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) in a technical profession Basic knowledge of contract law and VOB strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as high commitment social competence, team spirit and the ability to lead employees an independent, conscientious and reliable operation Computer identifiers (MS-Office)
