As a team leader (m/w/d) for the area of occupational safety and environmental protection, you take responsibility at the Freiburg site for topics relating to occupational safety, environmental protection and occupational protection. Essentially, your area of responsibility includes: Organising and professional leadership of the team consisting of safety engineers and environmental engineers Ensuring EHS compliance in accordance with local legislation in accordance with Group policies In close cooperation with the operational departments, EHS monitors and manages specific key figures (infall statistics, energy consumption, waste statistics) and secures the budgeting of the respective topics Ensuring contacts for local authorities (environmental protection office, industrial supervision) and the global organization (global projects, reporting, etc.) Responsibility of the topics “Site Security”, “Waste Management” and “Business Continuity Planning” Responsibility for certification of iso-standards 14001, 45001 and 50001

Detectional experience of an area with a wide and professionally complex task area Complete technical or scientific studies Evidence of leadership experience Experience in the field of occupational safety and/or environmental protection in the Group environment Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to develop and communicate complex facts independently to the stakeholders and to prove enforcement strength The necessary fingertip feeling in handling challenges with different stakeholders Flowing German and English skills and good IT skills
