Engineer / Technicians as Service Coordinator (m/w/d) for the maintenance of our HSG-2 rail grinding trains

• You take over the planning, organization, monitoring, acceptance and documentation of maintenance work on our grinding trains and their components, such as maintenance, repair, inspections and adjustment of machine technology
• Ensure high technical machine availability
• The disposition as well as the technical instructions of your own service technicians are taken over by you
• They coordinate and commission external service providers and act as the first contact person
• The procurement, provision and monitoring of our stock in the area of spare parts management are carried out by you
• The collection and analysis of faults and errors as well as the further development of the maintenance plans are covered by you

Your profile:

• They bring a successfully completed technical study or a comparable qualification (e.g. further education to the technician/master (m/w/d)), preferably from the field of mechanical engineering or mechatronics, with
• First professional experience in maintenance of machines is desirable
• They have a strong technical understanding (e.g. in hydraulics, electrical and mechanical engineering) as well as analytical skills (e.g. for the localization of complex faults and disturbances) and a systematic approach (e.g. for troubleshooting)
• Required would be the authorization to perform work on electrical systems in the low voltage range up to 1 kV as well as knowledge in the field of PLC technology and in the field of rail vehicle technology
• A reliable, independent, organised and targeted way of working as well as good communicative skills and high team orientation are of course for you
• Your profile is rounded off by good English skills in word and writing, a high readiness to travel in Germany and abroad (primary in Germany, about 30%) and a class B licence
