Strengthen us as Manager:in Operation Packstation (m/w/d) in the Team Packstation in full time, unlimited, at the location Bonn. You will be responsible for ensuring the operational operation of our machines and thereby make a central contribution to the stable operation of our network. Your tasks We ensure that our network of more than 17,500 packaging and postal station machines is available for our customers and delivery staff 365 days a year around the clock Service & Service Provider Control: Professional control of external service partners and field service organisations nationwide as well as coordination and further development of defined service level agreements (SLAs) Interface Management: Central interface between service organization, development, product management, purchasing and manufacturers to ensure a smooth flow of information between operation and development Key figures, analysis & control: collection, analysis and continuous optimization of relevant field service and operating characteristics. deriving and implementing concrete measures to increase availability, quality and efficiency Continuous improvement: identification, evaluation and implementation of technical and process optimization potentials together with customer service, hardware/software development, manufacturers and service technicians Development of the service organisation: Implementation of new functions and automation solutions in service operation including further development of spare parts management, service documentation and operating processes Your profile Technical/operational studies or technical training Professional experience in at least one of the areas 'technical service', 'quality management', 'service management' and 'project management' Service and technology enthusiasm and great interest in innovative products Structured, binding operation, very sovereign communication with internal and external partners, pronounced process and analysis understanding as well as fun on team work Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point German and English skills We offer Exciting and challenging projects in the growth market of automated parcel logistics.
