IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

In your role, you control IT projects over the entire life cycle. Your main tasks include the creation of resilient project, resource, appointment and budget plans as well as comprehensive risk management. In addition, you conduct interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate internal departments, IT teams, external service providers and other project participants to ensure smooth cooperation. In addition, you will be in contact with all relevant stakeholders and prepare transparent status reports and decision documents. As an active member of the IT-PMO, you continuously develop methods, processes, standards, templates and tools of IT project management. Finally, you will advise the departments within the IT-Business Partnering to evaluate and prioritize IT requirements, accompany the resulting changes and plan and coordinate communication, introduction and training measures for the sustainable use of new systems and processes.

Successfully completed studies in computer science, economy or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in managing complex IT projects Outstanding stakeholder competence and leadership experience in interdisciplinary teams Found experience in the application of project management methods and PM tools Proof of common certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA is advantageous Good understanding of the interaction of business processes, organization and IT Know-how in change management as well as experience in the design or implementation of training and introduction measures Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Do you understand attracting people for common goals, keeping an overview in complex situations and consistently leading IT projects to success?
