To strengthen our team in Büren, we are now looking for reliable support for warehouses, shipping and office organization in parttime with 20 hours a week. You work closely with our warehouse management and help us ensure that all processes around warehouse, shipping and organization work smoothly. You use our ERP system daily to collect and process storage and shipping information. You work structured and pragmatic, quickly find yourself in new programs and make sure that our therapy lies arrive reliably and on time at our customers. Your working day combines practical, organizational and administrative tasks.

Here are the most important tasks for the position...

You support our warehouse management in the day-to-day business and support the team for a smooth process You co-ordinate goods declarations for shipping and are in exchange with our forwarders You perform administrative tasks around warehouse, shipping and office organization You support the processing of goods and exits and the organization of our warehouse You collect and care about goods movements, shipping information and storage documents in our ERP system and ensure careful documentation In all the tasks in our manufacture and in the storage area, you can also You work closely with the employees from production, storage and administration and thus contribute to a timely delivery of our therapy lies
