Executive Group Vice President Finance & Cash Management [m/w/d] As Executive Group Vice President, you will report directly to the management and manage the financial strategy, financial management and overall financial performance of the Mosca Group. In this central position you actively shape the sustainable development and competitiveness of our company.

As Executive Group Vice President Finance & Cash Management of a medium-sized, owner-managed company, you are responsible for the global leadership and management of the Finance Management Division and contribute significantly to the achievement of the Mosca Group's strategic goals They develop the Group Controlling to effectively control the global organizational units They are responsible for global budget and liquidity planning, treasury and financial risk assessment and management. You conduct internal and external corporate reporting and develop and implement global financial strategies for the optimal use of our corporate resources In the field of global transfer pricing & tax management, you ensure compliance with legal requirements internationally and drive the further development of existing regulations You actively control M&A processes and evaluate potential acquisitions They are responsible for international accounting. The Group Accounting division management reports directly to you and is responsible for the preparation of the annual accounts according to HGB and international standards as well as for the consolidation of all subsidiaries at holding level They act as a strategic advisor to the CEOs and the global top management level and are competent contact persons for external partners, such as tax advisors, financial authorities, auditors and banks They maintain relations with investors and investors and are responsible for the communication of financial performance and strategic orientation – both internally and externally

Successfully completed studies of economics, business management, finance or a comparable degree programme Long-standing management experience in the financial sector, ideally in an internationally established company Funded knowledge of financial management, controlling, financing and cash management Experience with global corporate structures, holdings and M&A Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pronounced level of implementation High leadership competence, communication skills and negotiation skills Structured, process-oriented operation and a high degree of reliability and integrity Social competence and sovereign appearance at international management and stakeholder level Detectable experience in the digitization and automation of financial processes
