Design and development of modern IT architectures for hardware, software and systems incl. Technology screening, market analysis and support of Proof-of-Concepts Placement and representation of optimizations in nationwide bodies Cooperation and impulses in innovative bodies and working groups on architecture and technology topics Requirements Management from A to Z: Analysis, Evaluation and Documentation of Complex Requirements from Projects and Business Areas Advising stakeholders on feasibility, risks and possible implementation Professional leadership and management of interdisciplinary teams in the development and introduction of new IT solutions Planning and moderation of innovation workshops, customer forums and specialist dialogues Controlling the implementation of customer requirements taking into account SLAs and KPIs Close cooperation with disciplines, architects and developers to ensure smooth communication and timely implementation Creation of decision templates and presentations for management and bodies

Completed studies with focus IT, business informatics, business management business management or comparable qualifications multiannual experience in requirements and innovation management, ideally in an IT service provider environment Know-how in IT architectures Knowledge and experience in project management Secure buoyancy and persuasiveness also at specialist and management level high level of initiative, sense of responsibility and control competence Own initiative, responsibility and control competence Teamability, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
