(Junior) Consultant / Project Manager – Banks & Savings Banks (m/f/d)

You work in projects in the banking and savings banks environment – e.g. on digitalization, process optimization, OSPlus transformations or IT-modernization. You can support experienced project leaders: in planning, control and communication, and take on your own task packages step by step. You prepare workshops on technical and methodological topics, guide them through and encourage a structured follow-up. You analyse technical requirements and develop conceptual solutions that combine business and IT together with the team. You work closely with specialist areas and IT units of our customers: inside and actively contribute to sustainable change processes.

A completed training to/from the bank businessman/woman, ideally with a savings bank. A Bachelor's degree (e.g. Economics, Business Informatics or a similar degree course) – completed or shortly before graduation. First practical experience in the project environment or in banking. Clear communication, professional appearance and fun on team work. Interest in project management, digitalization and consulting – and motivation to actively shape the financial sector. Very good German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge (B2).
