From the start, you are an important link to our event teams that you support in implementing and optimizing information technology. You are responsible for the registration of visitors – both online and on site – including the creation of all necessary components such as event setup, questionnaires, shop, badges and event app Ensuring smooth system operation during the event Support for Leadership and Lead Management Systems as well as the related apps on Easyfairs trade fairs in the DACH region and Italy Establishment, control and coordination of all relevant systems and procedures Organization and ordering of the required hardware for the lead systems Set up the Rebooking app to support the sales team Processing of support requests from the College and exhibitors around MyEasyfairs, visitor registration, lead systems and fair app Management of survey tools and reporting of key indicators Training and advice of employees in dealing with internal programs Use on fairs from Monday to Friday on site
