Your site

• Support for the management and construction management in the operational day-to-day business for all tasks of administrative nature, e.g. audit of accounts, preparation of information and collection of offers and orders
• Input of time data and preparation of pay billing
• Support for financial accounting

Your tool

• Completed commercial training, e.g.: industrial businessman, businessman for office communication, accountant (m/w/d) or a degree in business administration
• First practical experience in an assistance or comparable activity
• Knowledge of the balancing procedure of the SOKA construction is desirable, but no condition
• You control the current MS Office programs
• A quick understanding, flexibility and good communication skills are your strengths
