• Responsibility for the safe and economical operation of domestic installations in the plants Heating, ventilation, sanitation and air conditioning (HLSK)

• Coordination and control of operational maintenance measures including inspection, maintenance and trouble-related repair

• organisation of daily workflows, staff allocation and coordination of operational planning in the area of responsibility

• Ensuring complete documentation of fault, testing, maintenance and inspection reports

• Coordination, control and quality monitoring of external service providers for installation, maintenance and repair services

• support in the analysis of disturbances and derivation of sustainable improvement measures

• Close coordination with internal customers and departments to ensure smooth plant operation

• Participation in the optimization of processes and processes in facility management and support in technical projects

• Complete technical training as well as further training as a master or technician in the trades

• Multiannual professional experience in the maintenance, maintenance or construction of technical building equipment

• Integrated understanding in the field of facility management as well as sound knowledge in HLSK plants

• Basic knowledge of measurement, control and control technology as well as safety in handling complex technical relationships

• Experience in the coordination of service providers and in coordination with different interfaces

• Good knowledge of German (at least B2) and reliable expressability in technical documentation

• Structured, self-responsive working and routine in coordination within multi-site teams
