Team Manager - Team Leader Experience Gastronomy (Human)

As a team manager / team manager (human) you can independently perform and motivate your up to 80-headed, firm, international team and over 100 support staff. You take responsibility for the smooth running of our diverse gastronomic outlets – from cafes and restaurants to food stands – and ensure our high quality standards. You create precise schedules and structure the workflows to efficiently organize the operation even on busy days in the amusement park. You analyze processes and optimize them to increase service quality and productivity in all outlets. You accompany your staff's integration and ongoing training and create a competent and motivated team. You ensure that all hygiene and HACCP policies are strictly adhered to and that the implementation is regularly monitored. Whether your boss Steffi Schepp, your location manager Tobias Freese or your competent staff manager, You love you for your communicative & binding way. You lead your team with clarity and motivation, promote a positive working culture and stand as a model for professional action. You recognize potential challenges immediately and implement fast, effective solutions to ensure the process. You are responsible for perfect & structured inventory, work instructions & editing. You work closely with other departments and partners in the adventure village to create a comprehensive and unique fan experience.

You bring well-founded experience in the gastronomy, ideally from the leisure or event area, and have deep knowledge of the operations and staff management. Responsibly, you carry out daily temperature controls. You are an organizational institution and you can clear priorities to ensure an optimal process. You have a secure appearance & a pronounced charming ability to enforce and an above-average enthusiasm. As a directional pointer, you love people & respect & team together are a matter for you.
