The most important thing in your job You run the risk-relevant credit business department professionally and disciplinaryly and create an environment where employees take responsibility, bring their strengths and can develop professionally and personally. You continuously develop structures, processes and decision-making processes in line with the overall banking objectives. You are responsible for the independent analysis and assessment of demanding and risk-relevant credit commitments. Make a sound, sustainable and risk-conscious decision-making process and together with your team create the basis for a balanced balance between business interests and risk management. You ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements and ensure high quality and reliability of our credit processes. At the same time, you observe regulatory developments and derive impulses for the further development of the credit business and risk management. You are competent contact persons for our market functions and stand for a constructive, solution-oriented exchange between market and market success. If necessary, you will be responsible for the field management and take responsibility for cross-disciplinary topics, for example in the context of audits, projects and strategic developments.

This will bring you You have a successfully completed bank training and a further bank-specific qualification, for example to the bank business operator (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year and well-founded experience in risk-relevant credit business and have comprehensive expertise in the analysis, evaluation and assessment of demanding credit commitments. You have a strong understanding of regulatory and legal requirements, in particular in the credit process and in risk management, and understand that You are safely transferred to daily practice. You have experience in the management and development of employees and combine professional competence with an appreciation, clear and binding understanding of leadership. You are characterized by a high degree of decision-making, pronounced analytical thinking and a structured way of working. Also in complex situations and different interests, you make informed decisions and represent them sovereign. You communicate safely and at eye level with different interlocutors and understand how to promote a constructive and solution-oriented dialogue between market, market success and other interfaces even in demanding credit decisions.
