Our team from 800 employees looks after around 67,000 patients each year - outpatient and inpatient. The clinic acts as an academic teaching hospital of LMU Munich and PMU Salzburg. The therapy and training center is designed with about 25 full-time employees for the ongoing care of about 250 patients. The range of treatment includes the entire orthopaedic, accident-surgical and rheumatological field including outpatient orthopaedic rehabilitation. Individual discussion: You conduct both individual talks and group therapies and patient training to address the needs of your patient. Comprehensive action advice: You advise on further rehabilitation measures – for example for gradual reintegration or benefits for participation in working life – and initiate them if necessary. Competent legal advice: You support questions on inability to work and on the right of disabled persons with expert advice. Targeted application assistance: You advise and help with requests under social legislation in order to safely accompany your patients in dealing with authorities. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely with colleagues from different disciplines as well as with institutions and service providers in the social sector. Structured education: You give lectures on social law topics, advise on post-care offers and ensure the quality of your work through systematic documentation and success control.

You have a degree in the social field and want to contribute your expertise in a meaningful working environment. With at least 2 years of professional experience as a social worker:in or social education:in rehabilitation as well as in individual case assistance, you know the requirements of work and know how to optimally support patients. Thanks to your well-founded knowledge of social law (SGB VI, SGB IX), you are able to advise patients competently and navigate through complex legal issues. You have completed education, training and training in the healthcare sector and always remain at the current level of developments. Your experience in stationary and outpatient rehabilitation gives you a deep understanding of the challenges in this area. You are characterised by an independent, responsible and solution-oriented approach and are a real team player who appreciates close cooperation in the interdisciplinary team.
