As a non-profit company of the Paritätischen Wohlfahrtsverband, we design the home of our residents at nine locations in Germany with our teams. All under one roof, we offer the appropriate help, from outpatient care in cared housing to day care - and convince by exclusivity in gastronomy, service and entertainment. Our Department of Culture plans and organizes a diverse cultural program, ranging from concerts, readings and multivisions to activities such as yoga, creative lessons or brain jogging. As an event businesswoman, you will learn how culture is brought to life – from the first idea to the successful implementation.

Responsible tasks and projects You learn this during your training: Planning, organisation and implementation of events and activities as well as the development of new event formats and cultural offers Budgeting, calculation and billing as well as documentation Dealing with residents, artists, service providers and guests and care during events Covering the training content by use in the operational areas and in administration These are your development options:

You have a real school degree or secondary school degree I or Abitur. You're passionate about culture and an organizational talent. You have communication strength, are friendly and have polite ways of dealing. You can handle stressful situations well and keep quiet. You are open-minded in dealing with people and have fun at work in the team. You have commercial thinking and understanding in dealing with data and figures. You have very good German skills. Location: Hannover Working time: Full time (39.5 hours / week) Start: 01.08.2025 An above-average training fee, gross / month: in the first year of teaching 1,218,26 € in the second year of teaching 1,268,20 € in the third year of teaching 1.314,02 €
