Plasmanitriertechnik Dr. Böhm GmbH is a special hardener company based in Chemnitz with 15 employees and has been working successfully for more than 25 years. We work for a variety of regional and supra-regional customers from all areas of metal processing and are looking for reinforcement for our quality assurance, as well as support for the production line.

As a employee in quality assurance, you process customer orders, perform material checks on heat-treated workpiece samples independently and create the associated documentation. You will also work on innovative topics and new developments within our research projects.

Main tasks include:

• Metallographic preparation of heat treatment samples
• Sample evaluation and protocol production
• Support of the production line in general questions of quality and continuous process optimization
• cooperation in the maintenance of measuring equipment and laboratory rooms
• occasional cooperation in production

Basic requirements are:

• knowledge of metalworking or experience in laboratory activities
• Pleasure of independent work
• safe handling of PC and Microsoft Office

You will receive an extensive incorporation to enable you to work independently and independently.

We offer the opportunity to engage in the activity and develop our own knowledge according to the requirements and with the help of training measures paid by the company.

The daily working time is from 7:00 to 15:45 (incl. break times). Individual adjustment by arrangement is possible.

The processes used in the company allow a working time without a late and night shift, as well as without a rolling week.

We work exclusively day shift from Monday to Friday.
