Accountant as technical manager of financial accounting (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consulting for specialists and executives, is looking for an experienced accounting officer (m/w/d) as a specialist management of financial accounting in an indefinite fixed position.

An experienced and responsible person who guides financial accounting professionally, ensures the correct and timely execution of all accounting processes and acts as a competent contact person for management, tax advisors, auditors and other external partners.

Management and coordination of financial accounting with around five employees Responsibility for ongoing financial accounting and the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB in cooperation with tax advisors and auditors Responsibility for asset accounting, provisions, accounting and intercompany voting Ensuring timely payment transactions and tax notifications, in particular sales tax pre-registrations Contact person for management, tax advisors, auditors, banks and authorities in all relevant accounting issues Creation of reports and statistical reports as well as the processing of special topics, including insurance or dunning Further development and optimization of accounting processes and participation in cross-departmental projects

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d), Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in financial and balance sheet accounting as well as sound knowledge in financial statements according to HGB Good knowledge of tax law, in particular turnover tax, as well as experience with accounting and intercompany accounting Safe handling of common accounting and ERP systems and MS Office Embossed numerical understanding, high accuracy and independent, structured working Communication strength and ideally experience in the professional management of employees Responsibility, timeliness and a solution-oriented hands-on mentality
