Senior Accountant (m/w/d) as Team Leader

We are now looking for full-time support for the Finance Team at the Flörsheim site: Your main tasks (in daily business communication in German & English): Takeover of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts by HGB and US GAAP Ensuring the correct handling of complete accounting & controlling Responsibility for Finance and Accounting as well as Teamlead (of 2 employees) Support for financial planning and reporting to the corporate headquarters in Switzerland, London and the USA Revenue and profitability monitoring and risk analysis of business activities Contact person for domestic and foreign credit institutions, auditors and tax advisors Ensuring internal controls and SOX requirements of the American parent company Cash and liquidity management and monitoring of payment transactions Forecasting and Budgeting Representation of holidays and illness in the entire area of the Finance Department (e.g. debitors, banks, cash registers, intercompany) VAT/collective reporting

Min. commercial training and great experience in the wide range of accounting and controlling or also a study in the mentioned area with a corresponding great practice Continuing training as balance sheet holder Proofable professional experience in a similar position / with the above tasks Nice first experience in managing a small team At best knowledge of SAP R3 (Fi), Sage and a high IT affinity Good MS Office knowledge, especially very good Excel knowledge Reliability and loadability, desire to take over responsibility German (C1) and very good English skills (word and writing) Structured and independent operation You are communicative, team-oriented, targeted and responsible Readiness to travel to all locations (max. 15%)
