You guide the institution with a clear view for people and organization You are constantly developing quality management for noticeably good care You make sure that all places are occupied and new residents feel welcome You have the numbers under control and control the setup economically sound You lead your team with heart, promote talent and shape the future together

Complete vocational training in the nursing industry or alternatively a university degree in nursing or health management National Qualification for Facility Management Multiannual experience in the management of a nursing home Empathy and leadership skills

The position is occupied as part of a staff exchange and gives you the chance to introduce and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
