As VP Operations / Supply Chain, Procurement EU / USA, you take responsibility for the daily business of an international group of companies that manufactures and sells electrical components. Our client is an internationally active producer of electrical components. It has several production plants in the USA and the EU. As a VP Operations / Supply Chain, Procurement EU / USA, you are responsible for the day-to-day business of an international group of companies that manufacture electrical components at manufacturing sites in the EU and the USA. It is a complex coordination task for purchasing raw materials, logistics / supply chain, production taking into account production capacities, quality, prices, customs etc. A focus of your tasks is the integration of the processes of the various production sites. The task is addressed to a hands-on problem solver also at shop-floor level. This task is associated with high travel activity (50%) between the company locations. You report to the company group COO.

You have a completed study of a suitable subject You have professional and leadership experience in both the EU and the USA Your experience you have collected in producing companies, ideally in the electronics environment - candidates from consulting houses or wholesale are not taken into account You bring a high readiness to travel You have a nationality of the EU or the USA You have knowledge of English in word and writing
