Developer of embedded software for medical devices (m/f/d)

Development of embedded software for medical / diagnostic systems and devices. System analysis and design of software architecture and design. Documentation of the technical requirements and the solutions developed. Implementation of firmware taking into account internal guidelines and processes. Integration of external software components. Design and implementation of development-related tests. Communication with customers and suppliers as well as with other internal departments.

You have a successful study in the field of electrical engineering/electronics, (medical-technical) infor­mation or a comparable study. You have at least 3 years of experience in developing embedded software, preferably in device development. You have several years of experience in programming real-time systems in C / C++ with operating systems such as FreeRTOS or Embedded Linux. Knowledge of communication interfaces, such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, and experience in implementing corresponding communication protocols are available. There is sufficient knowledge of analogue and digi­tal electronic components, circuit diagrams and the use of oscilloscope and logic analyzers for the near-product software development. Knowledge of Python, digital signal processing or image processing is advantageous. Teamability, careful and reliable working methods, initiative, willingness to use and flexibility are important factors of our daily work. You have good communication skills in German and English in word and writing.
