The tasks are divided into various competencies such as procurement, contract management and service. Strategically and operationally, the department of purchasing management as an internal service provider of the DRV Bund accompanies, supports and advises the specialist departments and pension insurance providers, provides delivery, service and construction services, manages and checks contract documents as well as invoices and takes over their regulation. In the award area, seven specialised teams coordinate the central procurement of supply, service and construction services. We accompany, advise and support the demand points strategically and operationally in all phases of the procurement process. For our facility management team, we are looking for a team member to implement EU-wide procurement procedures for delivery and services.

Strategic and operational ensuring compliance with procurement law to ensure economic and high quality award procedures Preparation and implementation of demanding award procedures under national and EU law Compilation of procurement and contract documents in consultation with internal and external experts Independent examination within the framework of the 4-eye principle and award procedures Developing standards for the preparation, implementation and evaluation of procurement procedures Advising specialist departments on procurement issues Participation and support of specialist departments in the implementation of market information, negotiations and bidder colloquia Design of complaints in the award procedure

You have a successfully completed university education (Diplom (FH), Bachelor or similar qualifications) or an equivalent qualification (Fachwirtin, Meisterin, state-tested technician*in) You bring up an up-to-date multiannual professional experience in the implementation of EU-wide procurement procedures according to VgV, as well as experience in the handling of electronic tenders via eVergabe platforms We require a strong communication capability, reliable and holistic action as well as responsible decision-making You are characterized by a structured, independent and customer-oriented way of working and are safe to use the current MS Office applications
