You want to work where decisions are being prepared and the future is being designed? In this role, you work closely with the Executive Board and bring your analytical strength into central strategic topics.

We are looking for you - Specialist Management Board (w/m/d).

You prepare management decisions in a structured manner and accompany the implementation. You support the preparation and follow-up of board and committee meetings (e.g. Board of Directors). You take strategic projects. You evaluate regulatory and supervisory requirements and develop sound recommendations for action. You support the continuous development of our annual strategy process. You support specialist areas in overarching issues.

Completed academic degree, master or comparable qualification (e.g. Dipl. Sparkassenbetriebswirtin / Sparkassenbetriebswirt Interest in savings banks as well as motivation to further develop your expertise Designed analytical, strategic and economic thinking Structured, self-responsible operation and rapid opinion Very good communication skills in word and writing Safe handling of Microsoft Office
