Senior Site Manager – Network Expansion / Route Projects (m/f/d)

As Senior Manager (m/w/d) at ATLAS TITAN West GmbH, you play a central role in implementing large-volume network expansion projects and contribute significantly to the implementation of the energy transition.

In our projects in the field of energy infrastructure – especially in the field of traction, cable and cable construction – you are responsible for the overarching control of the construction design over several plants. You will accompany sophisticated large-scale projects from construction preparation to successful commissioning and ensure compliance with costs, dates and quality standards.

Our projects include the expansion of high-voltage networks, the implementation of HGÜ connections and complex infrastructure measures in the context of the energy transition. Total responsibility for the construction management of major projects in the field of energy infrastructure and grid expansion Control and coordination of the design over several lots and structures Management and technical guidance of construction supervisors as well as coordination with contractors, planning offices and other project participants Ensuring compliance with deadline, cost and quality objectives Superior interface management between construction, planning, authorities and client Participation in acceptances, commissioning and ensuring a complete project documentation Identification and control of project risks and solution-oriented conflict management at the construction site Reporting to project management and active participation in project and control rounds

Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the construction management or construction management of infrastructure or energy projects Knowledge of civil engineering, railway construction, cable construction or comparable areas Experience in handling complex project structures and multiple project participants Good knowledge in contracting (VOB) and in time and cost management Safe handling of project control tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) Impressed communication strength, enforcement ability and leadership skills Ready for Germany-wide project operations
