You serve our national and international IT users with regard to the optimal use of IT clients (end devices) You are contact persons and problem solvers for our local employees and remotely within the 1st level support You support IT users in hardware, operating systems, standard software applications (e.g. Office 365, Adobe Acrobat) and enterprise-specific applications You create, install and manage terminals (including notebooks, periphery) You pass new client hardware, introduce our employees and manage user and access data (Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID) You live a pronounced customer orientation through corresponding communication and information taking into account different communication channels

You have successfully completed a vocational training in the field of IT or have a comparable qualification You have already gained first experience in IT support You have deeper knowledge in the Microsoft product range and basic hardware skills Thanks to your strong customer orientation as well as communication strength and solution orientation, you have the pleasure to support our employees in IT requests as best possible You have good English skills in word and writing
