MTB Site Management (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the economic and operational development of the site. As a location manager, you are responsible for the operational management and further development of the Bad Kissingen site in the technical field. You ensure the economic and efficient handling and are central management and interface to the higher-level management. Your central tasks include: Management, control and further development of the site Ensuring the achievement of targets in terms of performance, quality and results Responsibility for compliance with budget, key figures and economic requirements Implementation of the specified range targets and strategic further development in coordination with the management of the machine technology sector Participation in the implementation and local adaptation of procurement strategies Control and ensure efficient organization and process processes by the teams Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines Identification and use of synergies within the HABAU GROUP Representation of the site to internal and external partners Development of the site and the establishment of sustainable structures and responsibilities Management and coordination of cooperation with central functions and other locations

High loyalty and integrity Complete practical technical training (e.g. master training, FH, university or comparable training) Multiannual professional experience in the technical or mechanical environment Experience in leadership of teams and operational units readiness to travel in Germany (we are necessary in the construction phase, visit to construction sites - contact with the construction sites is important) Management idea readiness for extra power Embossed technical and commercial understanding Entrepreneurial thinking as well as pronounced result orientation Communication strength and enforcement capability Organisational strength and structured functioning Very good MS-365 knowledge driving licence class B Very good time management / self-management Management competence and responsibility Target and result orientation
