Occupational Safety Officer / Fire Protection Officer (100%) (m/f/d)

You take over the tasks as an employee for occupational safety and as fire protection officer for the university. You are responsible for basic and structural measures on the topics of occupational safety and fire protection, including planning, consulting and implementation, as well as ensuring annual instruction. You shall ensure necessary safety and fire protection measures. You contribute to the corresponding risk assessments You organize and structure processes in your area. This also includes the strategic development of the task field. You work with high-school and external actors and decision-makers, with the aim of close content coordination. You are responsible for reporting in your area. You plan and implement digitalization projects in the field of fire protection and occupational safety.

You have a successfully completed university degree with subject-matter or a qualification comparable in individual cases. You bring your multi-year relevant professional experience, ideally in the public service/university sector. Their work is characterised by a value-adding, motivating, team- and result-oriented working style. You possess organizational competence and enforcement capability. You have a well-founded knowledge of occupational safety and fire protection. Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and experience in the application of relevant software systems are of course for you. Ready-to-use and reliability are the key. You have a high degree of initiative and commitment to the upcoming topics. You have a good oral and written expressive capacity and will certainly arise. Ideally, you have experience in process and project management. You have an affinity for technologies of digital transformation of work processes. You can see good English skills as an advantage.
