Construction site management: management and organization of the construction processes on our turnkey large projects. Team coordination: guidance and support of specialists:inside and coordination with after-contractors. Quality control: Ensuring the timely and qualitative implementation of the construction work. Material disposition: Monitoring of material use and ensuring availability. Documentation: Leading construction journals and protocols to track the progress of construction. Safety of work: implementation and compliance with safety standards at the construction site.

Complete training in the construction trade with subsequent training for the tested polish:in, master:in or comparable qualification multi-year construction site experience, ideally on complex construction projects Knowledge of modern construction techniques, construction time planning and work protection Readiness to travel in the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania region (as well as Hamburg and Berlin) Organizational talent, enforcement strength and team-oriented working
