Introduction, maintenance and monitoring of effective work release and Permit-to-work method for dangerous work (e.g. hot work, working in ex areas, container operation) Examination and approval of applications for dangerous work Creation and maintenance of all relevant documentation Implementation and documentation of the instruction of the employees of the operating technology and the operation as part of the work release procedure Monitoring on-site operations, monitoring the implementation of protective measures, documentation of deviations and initiation of corrective measures Construction, development and operational management of the foreign company management according to BG RCI specifications and internal standards Coordination between operating technology, operation and foreign companies – incl. Coordination of parallel work Determination of Mutual Threats and Determination of Measures Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements (DGUV, BetrSichV, GefStoffV, internal work, environmental and fire protection requirements) Monitoring and control of the compliance of security and quality standards of the foreign company activities on site during operation performing object visits to take measures to ensure that orders are implemented correctly Implementation and documentation of instructions for foreign companies Organisation of entrances, arrivals and departures, as well as weekend and public holidays Support for the detection and analysis of accidents, near incidents and deviations in foreign business activities
