They carry out the monthly billing of fees with SAP HCM for active employees of the Wittlich plant in compliance with the statutory, tariff and operational regulations. Please make sure that the agreed fees are paid in due time and correctly. They take care of the personal master files, process all entry, exchange and exit scenarios and conduct the certification as well as the correspondence with social security institutions, offices, authorities and employees. Your duties also include the annual accounts for the billing of charges. In addition, create regular reports and statistics. They are contact persons for pre-legislators, employees and works councils on all questions of pay billing. They assume responsibilities in cross-company cooperation for process optimization of pay billing topics. In addition, you will provide advice on site-related and cross-company projects in the People and Culture Germany area and provide your accounting and time-economy-specific knowledge.

THE BRINGS They have completed commercial vocational training and continuing vocational training with a focus on staff, as well as an economic study. They provide several years of professional experience in payroll accounting. They have very good knowledge of social security and labour law. You have already gained experience with SAP HCM, possibly SuccessFactors and time management systems (e.g. Interflex/SF Time). They are self-initiative, flexible and have good analytical and conceptual skills. They have an affinity for IT and understanding the interaction of IT systems. They convince by friendly appearance and communication strength. You can handle Microsoft Office.
