Expertise Lead – Payment Sales & Financial Performance (m/f/d)

With a clear vision, strong sales minimum set and the claim to place our payment products in the market at the very front, you take over the end-to-end responsibility for Sales & Financial Performance. Your motto: “We make payments measurable – and success visible.” Together with your team, you are responsible for the marketing, sales and KPI strategy for our payment portfolio. The sales vision and priorities guide you from sound analyses of market, competition and customer trends and identify new growth potential. With your team, you develop convincing sales stories and go-to-market strategies, design target group-specific campaigns for payment products and define clear parameters for success measurement. Costs and income tax in close coordination with management accounting. In addition, you are responsible for the change budgeting and the creation of business cases for payment products and projects. You know: successes are created in the team. This is why you assemble the right employees, develop talents and live agile work at One Agile Way of Working – at eye level and with clear orientation. Strategy is not a buzzword for you, but a lived practice: you tax specific business goals, you tune across ING and transform strategic projects into convincing results and excellent customer experiences.

Economic studies (Master / Diploma) and/or studies with marketing or accounting focus or a comparable qualification Long-standing professional experience in the distribution of digital products and/or management accounting Good understanding of marketing, KPI measurement & customer processes as well as a comprehensive method skills in strategy development Very good knowledge of the banking and, above all, payment market and enthusiasm for new developments and trends Consistent with the creation of business cases and the reporting of management KPIs Impressed entrepreneurial thinking and action, self-responsible working style and joy in cross-departmental cooperation Strong in analysis, networked thinking and structured approach coupled with enforcement and decision-making and conflictability Very good presentation and moderation capabilities Innovation joy and a sense of sustainable solutions Strong communication – in German and English, in writing and oral
