Professional leadership of the team including training and further development of employees (m/w/d) Planning and control of capacities in compliance with the targets Reporting of defects and errors occurring to the competent department and ensuring a proper implementation of the specified solution Ensure compliance and further development of quality standards with regard to products and processes Sustainable safety and environmental protection

Multiannual relevant professional experience in the production environment and leadership experience Very good knowledge of relevant regulations, guidelines and processes Good MS Office knowledge Communication strength, resilience, enforcing ability and (temporal) flexibility Very good German, and good English knowledge in word and writing
