For our team process and digitization consulting, we are looking for Digital Change Maker, who want to help shape the digital future of tax consulting and share our passion for digitalization and numbers.

You have successfully completed your Bachelor, want to start your career, but also complete a Master's degree? We can offer you both. The two-year dual vocational-integrated master's degree programme in Blended Learning Format in cooperation with the HWR Berlin will start the winter semester on October 1 of the year. With the combination of theory and practice, you will be perfectly prepared and qualified for your future professional and leadership career.

How can that go?

You will get the opportunity to participate in digital projects in-house and with our client: in different company sizes and industries You actively participate in the digital transformation and optimisation of client integration You get insights into many areas, we value individual care, support and promotion of our dual student: inside and always have an open ear for you You can inspire us with new ideas that you bring from your studies You learn to increase the efficiency of operational processes by means of effective IT processes.

You have successfully completed your studies in business management and/or a training course for the business owner. You bring at least 1 year of professional experience, ideally from financial and accounting You master the foundations of proper accounting You bring communication skills and a pronounced ability to analyze You are interested in technical relationships and IT You have fun working with digital tools and developing processes You have a strong willingness to try out learning and new things You enjoy working together in the team You are safe in handling MS Office programs and ideally have DATEV knowledge.
