Support of the building management in the administrative area (e.g. demand collection at the construction site) Creating excel-based mass skeletons based on performance directories as well as tracing of deviations (multiple and minor quantities, changes) Interface between scale and billing (digitalization of site dimensions) Document storage construction site, also digital Creating construction and security cards, monitoring of security documents, toolboxmeetings and hazard analysis Pick-up of line information Coordinating local appointments and construction consulting Completion of documentation for different clients Representation of the audit

Graduated training in a commercial or technical profession, e.g. First professional experience in a construction company is desirable Reliable and independent operation Individual initiative, flexibility, resilience and teamability Digital work with MS Office applications, especially Excel driving licence class B
