My tasks: development of uniform requirements and standardised procedures in the context of data management (in system management), Implementation and verification of compliance with data governance policies; Totally ensuring data quality, availability, traceability, usability, reusability and integrity across all processes and products (in cooperation with other data and process roles), Support in developing scalable data mesh architectures and reusable data products, Single Point of Contact on Data Governance issues Synchronization of corporate regulations, regulations and laws through targeted stakeholder management and cooperation with 50Hertz internal and external employees.

Complete study of the field of computer science, electrical engineering, business informatics, engineering, economic engineering, regenerative energies, physics, mathematics or comparable degree programs, High level of coordination, moderation and persuasiveness between different stakeholders (also at management level), Analytical and strategic thinking and a high degree of self-employment and self-initiative, experience as a data governance expert or in similar roles, Ideally experience with data technologies (including Apache Kafka & Schema Management, APIs, Databases (SQL), Dashboarding), Languages: German (stromd-C1), English (informal -B2).
