Device training and certification are provided free of charge. From 1 September 2026 the entry fee will be increased to 16.28 euros per hour. Compensation Earn a calculatory hourly wage of €16.28/h gross Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 16,28€/h gross) and 24 months (calculated 18,09€/h gross) Night shift €20.34/hour (brutto) incl. tax-free night supplement of 4.69 €/hour for hours worked between 23:00 and 06:00 (according to night shift control).
