Principles of decision & concepts: Prepare complex facts for management – merge data, penetrate relationships, formulate clear recommendations Production: Projects related to process optimization, LEAN methods, investments and digitalization of production processes Administration & ERP: Further development of controlling structures, digitization of manual processes, expansion and optimization of our ERP system Construction & growth: Coordination of construction, rebuilding and relocation measures at a site that is constantly evolving Project work: Control projects from idea to go-live, manage meetings, document them cleanly and keep all participants at the same level

Complete degree in economic engineering or comparable degree course with technical or economic interface profile Professional starters with relevant practical experience (practice, work study, final work in the production environment) as well as candidates with first professional experience Process thinking, structured working and the ability to quickly penetrate and communicate complex facts Analytical strength, safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel), basic understanding of ERP systems
