Successfully completed vocational training ideally as a land and construction machine mechatronic (m/w/d) or comparable technical training or Training in commercial areas with high technical interest Experience in the field of MRP or customer service desirable Impressed communication strength in exchange with customers, service technicians and service providers as well as organisational skills High customer and service orientation combined with a structured and dedicated way of working Ability to quickly capture complex facts and implement them in practical solutions
