Ensuring the mixing process and the requirement from ISO standards Check the availability of raw materials required for production Control of the mixed-out batches to predetermined parameters (application control according to test plan) Maintenance and control of hygiene and safety equipment Assessment of mixing/deviations with the shift guide as well as disturbances and vulnerabilities in the plant Support of the technical department in repair work and situational support of the tanker and shift guide Support of delegates in compliance with legislation Implementation of small repairs and settings within the framework of specialist competence Daily shift transfer and notification of disturbances to the corresponding department

Complete training as a specialist for fruit juice technology or specialist for food technology desirable, cross entry possible Professional experience in dealing with food desirable Good computer skills Willingness to change Food Technology Basic Understanding, Knowledge of Chemicals / Hazardous Materials Knowledge of CIP, heating and mixing processes
