We are currently looking for a mechanic/locker (gn) in Leipzig Nord-West (Böhlitz-Ehrenberg). Our customer Siemens AG is a successful industrial company...

How does your working day look

• Mechanical assembly of switch cabinets and switchgear according to documents and/or assembly drawings
• Assembly and labeling of assemblies and switching systems with equipment, busbar systems, cables and other components according to lists and layout plans
• Installation and assembly of mechanical components such as cable bushings and fastening elements
• Implementation of quality controls during assembly to ensure fault-free execution and to ensure compliance with all relevant standards
• Documentation of assembly progress and work carried out

What distinguishes you for the job

• Complete training as an industrial mechanic, mechanic (gn) or in a comparable field of work
• Experience in mechanical assembly, ideally with knowledge of assembly and marking of assemblies
• Good knowledge in handling assembly drawings and lists
• Very good technical understanding and the ability to read and implement technical drawings
• Handicraft skill and precise working
• Teamability, reliability and independent working
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
