Context: The role of the Senior IT Architect (P9) focuses on the design, development, integration and testing of complex, service-wide IT solutions within the BWI service design.

Tasks:

• Analysis of complex technical problems and development of implementation strategies.
• Creation and presentation of solutions to stakeholders.
• Architecture and development of SharePoint and application platforms (including PHA servers).
• Support of Service Lifecycle Processes such as Incident, Change, Release and Problem.
• Creation and maintenance of service documents.
• advice on IT technologies and security requirements, in particular in the field of public authorities.

Special focus of the role (by relevance):

• Microsoft SharePoint (OnPremise, Enterprise, Multifarm)
• Long-standing experience (5 years of OnPremise, 3 years of Enterprise/Multifarm) with large user numbers (≥10.000) is required
• Server infrastructure & Microsoft IIS
• Planning and deployment of server infrastructure and 5 years of experience with IIS technology
• IT Service Management according to ITIL
• Certification on Foundation level is required
• Digitalization in the context of the authorities
• Experience with governmental digitization processes is explicitly mentioned
• Application platforms including PHA servers
• Planning, extension and adaptation of these components is part of the tasks
• JIRA use
• At least 1 year experience in handling JIRA
