DPV (DPVKOM) is the trade union for the employees of the postal/logistics, telecommunications and call centres. We are a member union of the dbb beamtenbund and Tariff Union.

We are now looking for a reinforcement of our legal department at the Federal Office in Bonn.

Legal advice of members on labour law issues General management and coordination of trade union rights Advising works councils in business constitutional matters Internal legal advice of employees, mandate holders and bodies of DPVKOM Preparation and preparation of training documents (works council training) Self-responsible implementation of works council training Organisational preparation and legal support of works council elections in the organization Development of brochures, thematic leaflets and position papers on legal issues Writing articles on law for the DPVKOM magazine

You have a degree in law with the focus on training and interests in individual and collective labour law. The identification with trade union goals is also important. In addition to professional competences, the workplace requires the joy of dealing with people.

Further requirements are: Comprehensive PC knowledge and MS Office applications
