Controller in the healthcare sector (m/f/d)

For our SYNLAB company headquarters in Augsburg, we are looking for a Controller (m/w/d)

As part of our collegial controlling team, you will make a decisive contribution to shaping modern laboratory diagnostics. Your duties include: Self­professional support for the hospital in the laboratory Establishment and maintenance of a stringent reporting system for management and departments, including analysis of revenue structures and derivation of optimization potentials Creating sound business analyses and decision-making templates together with our key account managers and other departments Preparation and implementation of budget and forecast creation Use of modern reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Jedox etc.) to visualize KPIs and participate in national and international projects

As a team player (m/w/d), you are characterized by a conscientious, independent and structured way of working. Your further experiences and properties include: Successfully completed economic studies (University or University of Applied Sciences) At least three to five years of professional experience in the field of finance / controlling, ideally in health, especially in the laboratory or hospital sector Experience in project management or consulting Very good knowledge of MS 365; Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) desirable as well as basic knowledge of database structures and ERP systems advantageous Good knowledge of English in word and writing; Other languages are a plus Designed and analytical capabilities and a self-contained, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation – even under time pressure High readiness, adaptability and team skills
