In your working day: Telephone care: You advise our customers competently and empathically in the service center.

Alarm processing in the emergency call center: reception and processing of emergency calls in the context of defined processes.

Disposition and order processing: Disposition of operations for our service and system-based processing of orders.

General administrative activities: You perform general administrative tasks and support the team in day-to-day business.
