We are two family-run companies, HP Building Cleaning - Services GmbH and Clean-tec Building Cleaning GmbH, and serve numerous commercial customers - from small business to the group - as well as contractors of the public sector.

We are looking for a dedicated, sympathetic and responsible personality as an object and operational management for maintenance and special cleaning. In this versatile position, you will supervise our cleaning objects, coordinate our employees and take over the organization and supervision of special cleaning orders.

Tasks

Objective care & employee management

• Own-sponsored care of our objects in maintenance cleaning
• Creation and coordination of operational and service plans
• Introduction, instruction and training of new employees
• Conducting regular object and quality controls
• Contact for our customers and employees
• Processing complaints and implementing appropriate measures

Organization & supervision of special cleaning

• Planning, organisation and coordination of special cleaning orders
• Classification and instructions of the cleaning teams used
• Organisation of the required machinery, materials and equipment
• Monitoring professional and timely execution
• Implementation of quality controls and decreases

Customer support & additional business

• Care and development of existing customer relationships
• Detection of additional cleaning requirements for our existing customers
• Active provision of our special cleaning services
• Support for object visits and offers

Your profile

• Professional experience in building cleaning, ideally as an object management, foreman or service manager
• Good knowledge of maintenance and special cleaning
• Joy in managing and coordinating employees
• Self-employed, structured and reliable operation
• Customer-oriented, friendly and sympathetic appearance
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Class B driving licence
